    The carpets need a major overhaul!!! Requesting a better room shouldn't mean being met with unpleasant odors and delays!!! The lobby's overpowering scent is off-putting and definitely needs adjustment!!!

    The hotel's location was strategic, near to Santo Domingo, and main restaurant. We had a huge room, also there were a seating area, a writing table and ironing facilities. Nice service was provided too.

    Totally awesome stay for 1 night. Kind staff, WONDERFUL breakfast, excellent location short walk to Dominican Republic, the stores & restaurants and restaurant. Modest double room with views of the swimming pool. A wide range of facilities such as: an electronic key card, coffee/tea makers, and a work desk.

    Spacious, comfortable and clean rooms, helpful staff (all), excellent gym and pool, breakfast is varied. restaurant also offers a wide range and a very good price. Next to the restaurant there is a huge and busy park where you can go for a walk and/or run. There is also a supermarket 200m away where you can buy anything you want, in general you will be very happy with your stay and services provided by the hotel.

    Location: it is a very safe area (the President lives very close and there are several embassies) but there is nothing interesting around (shopping or places of interest), so you need a taxi to move. If you come to do tourism in Santo Domingo, better to stay in a hotel closer to the colonial zone. If you come to rest or to pass through, in this hotel you will be at perfection.

    Couple seeking a nice getaway

    The pool is huge and inviting, perfect for a relaxing day. The staff, especially at the bar, were friendly and made great drinks.

    It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable for what you get.

    Big room with King size bed, beautiful Lobby and pool area.

    No wash towels available. Electric is 120v but only for 2 prong plugs ( need adaptor for a 3 prog plug )

    - The breakfast buffet is more then just eggs and toast - Staff is helpfull and look for solutions with you - I don't know about fitness standards in the Dominican. The place and the machines looked alright for me though not cold enough - I was able to cancel after my first night without extra charges

    - 50$ if you would like a guest to visit you, even for 5 minutes - The carpet is so dirty, I didn't want to walk barefoot - The same for the pillows. I was afraid I'd wake up as Two face Harvey - The airconditioning smelled faul. I wonder when they last cleaned it - OK, they are helpfull but I wouldn't say the same about kind. They look as though they might shoot you if you show up before 3 PM for check-in - Location - That swimming pool is so ridiculously deep, if you drown they're gonna have to call a scuba diver to get you back out. - I've been in 30$ airport motels in the US that were cleaner then this - Great! Another hotel where you can't close the curtains! - I was up till 2 AM chasing moths around the room - Somebody stop me, I could go on and on ...

    Habitaciones muy grandes, zona tranquila y segura a 10 minutos del centro, instalaciones (gimnasio con maquinas muy modernas, pistas de futbol, tennis y baloncesto, sauna separada para hombres y mujeres, jacuzzis de agua caliente y fria, gran piscina con bar dentro!!!). Buena comida y buen espectaculo jueves y viernes con musica en vivo en el lounge club que tienen en la ultima planta con vistas increibles. En general calidad-precio es muy buena

    El casino estaba cerrado por reformas hasta final de mes
